By accessing or using the services provided by Elite Aiken Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

Elite Aiken Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Aiken, SC and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. Estimates are based on site evaluation, material costs, and project scope as understood at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from initial estimates or if changes are requested during installation. We will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding with work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in writing before work begins. We typically require a deposit before starting larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. All invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.

5. Permits and Regulations

We assist with obtaining necessary permits for fence installation. However, the property owner is ultimately responsible for ensuring all local regulations, HOA requirements, and property line boundaries are properly addressed. We recommend verifying property lines and checking with your HOA before installation begins.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against defects for a specified period as detailed in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing with documentation.

7. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to mark any underground utilities before we begin installation. You are responsible for removing any obstacles, plants, or structures from the fence line unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed prior to work beginning.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Aiken Fencing carries appropriate insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope, materials, or design must be requested in writing and may affect pricing and timeline. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials already purchased. Any deposits paid are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

10. Weather and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Aiken County, South Carolina, in accordance with South Carolina law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
